Yellowstone Upper Falls Of the two major falls on the Yellowstone River, the Lower Falls are by far the more celebrated and photographed. The Upper Falls, however, are also quite impressive; they are not as high as the Lower Falls, but are quite wide and make quite a splash. (Sorry. :) ) This shot was taken from a fenced-in overlook.
