After leaving the National Bison Range, my family's next stop on our way to the Canadian Rockies was beautiful Glacier National Park. Sometimes overshadowed by its better-known cousin to the southwest, Yellowstone National Park, Glacier is a marvel in itself and well worth a week of your vacation or exploration time. Of course, despite my saying that, we were actually only there for a day, not seven. Our primary destination was the Canadian national parks, and going through Montana was really an unplanned, last-minute addition. Seeing that we were going right by Glacier, it seemed almost criminal not to at least stop by and see it briefly, so we did our best to give it a "whirlwind tour". I'm really glad we did, and I hope that after seeing this SceneSet, you will too. Even though twenty-four hours is not enough to do justice to such a large park, I was surprised at how much we were able to see in that short time, and gained a great respect for the wonders of this wilderness along the Canadian border. Soaring mountains, rushing waters, flora and fauna compete for your attention in this 35-image set. NOTE: If you want to preview the contents of this
