Heading towards St. Johnsbury, I saw Miles Pond on my map and decided to check it out. Driving down a perimeter road, I spotted this scene. Apparently these tracks are no longer in use, so some of the residents decided to make better use of them. That bench would be a lovely place to sit and sip a cold drink on a warm summer day.. but it was neither warm nor summer when I was there...
